Killfears® Workshop

A hands-on methodology to help you kill your fears before they kill your mood.

From the author of “Kill It or It Will Kill You,” this workshop takes a refreshingly practical (and slightly irreverent) approach to dealing with fear and panic. No endless theory, no mystical fluff — just real tools for real humans who sometimes find themselves gasping for air when life gets a little too loud.

The goal? Simple: to help you recognize, understand, and ultimately disarm the unpleasant sensations that come with panic and anxiety. You’ll learn to face fear not as an enemy, but as a rather dramatic character who just needs to be told who’s boss.

Through guided exercises, creative techniques, and hands-on practice, participants develop skills to:

  • Understand where fear comes from and how it behaves (spoiler: it loves attention).

  • Build emotional awareness and practical control over reactions.

  • Reclaim personal power and say, “Not today, panic.”

Every participant receives a complimentary copy of the book “Kill It or It Will Kill You,” a straightforward (and occasionally funny) handbook to keep practicing at home — at your own pace, in your own way.

Because fear doesn’t deserve the driver’s seat. You do.
